the 15 year old skatepunk that still lives somewhere within my hippie, 50 year-old, longhaired heart, loves this- and i do too! 80s-style thrashy punk, on the verge of crossing over, but not quite. you can add them to a list of faves: black flag, the accused, die kreuzen, minor threat, poison idea, early COC, raw power, jerry's kids, early DRI, bad brains, suicidal, cryptic slaughter, heresy, DK, discharge, bl'ast, SSD, AOF, MDC, final conflict.. all that jazz! This album is an absolute banger. The riffs are especially groovy this time, the vocals are amazing, and the overall thing is supercatchy. If I'd have to list one downside, it's that the mix is so bass-heavy that the sound only truely comes into it's right when listened on good headphones or extremely good speakers. On anything less it can sound like the bass drowns the rest of the music out. 9/10 Buzzario
